At NexWear, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction while maintaining strict product safety and quality control standards for all our apparel.

Return Policy Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to providing brand-new, premium items to every customer, our everyday essentials are non-returnable once delivered, with the following exceptions:

  • The product arrived defective or damaged.

  • The incorrect item was delivered.

Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return or refund under the approved exceptions, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • Item Condition: The product must be completely unused, unwashed, and in its original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached.

  • Verification: Customers must provide clear visual proof (images or video) of the defect or incorrect item when submitting the request to our support team.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return request is verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Approved refunds will be issued securely via Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or direct Bank Transfer.

Exchanges We may offer direct product exchanges for defective or incorrect items, strictly subject to current stock availability.

Delivery Charges & Fees

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Company Error: If the return is due to our mistake (defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Customer Preference: For any other approved exceptions, the customer is responsible for bearing the return delivery charges. We do not charge any hidden restocking fees.
